    Have to admit I watched this one a little late so I could FF thru the dullness.

    At least it ended with some excitement. McLaren got lucky Oscar didn’t get a puncture or taken out as well.

    Meanwhile Ferrari’s “new era” of misery continues...

    Well, it's obvious why they mandated softer tires, for multiple stops.

    Wat there ANY on-track passing that didn't involve tire age differential?

    yeah. Russell comments after the race make that clear too. "If all drivers had no contract for next year Max would be first on the wish list of ALL teams to sign".

    Toto is after Max still. Max would be wise to take it.

    I'm torn. I'm a Ferrari guy and a Chuck guy. It really seems Ferrari has to much internal drama. I'm not selling the 458, but if Chuck goes to a good team I may need to split my allegiant.

    2 protests. Both are for actions under the safety car, one for erratic driving and one for leaving more than 10 car lengths.

    Aston Martin would be a better choice for Max, IMO.

    Max 4 titles have been obtained with Honda and Newey, 2 assets now at Aston.

    A few key technicians would follow Max too.

    The stewards did call both drivers in after the race. I haven't seen anything about a penalty.
