Hi all, New to the forum and posting a query on behalf of my father, who's just picked up an 812 SF (2019 model). He doesn't use a computer and rarely uses his smartphone so I get the honour of investigating stuff online.... He's often fitted spacers to the cars in his collection as he prefers that more aggressive stance, but having no previous Ferrari experience is unsure what recommended spacer brands are best - I see lots of Novitec, H&R, etc ones online for sale - are these well made and generally sturdy enough? Is there a preferred brand? He will be keeping stock suspension so also trying to figure out what width looks best, 10mm/15mm/20mm. Does anyone have any photos of an otherwise stock 812 with spacers, just for comparison? Thanks in advance.
Best brand for spacers and wheel bolts ( you will need new - longer bolts) will be Hill Engineering. https://www.hillengineering.co.uk/wheel-related/wheel-spacers/type-1-spacers-no-bolts If I was buying spacers again this is where I'd get them.
I went with the Capristo spacers for both my 812 GTS and my Pista. To my eye, I preferred the 14mm in the front and 17mm in the rear. https://capristoexhaust.com/product/ferrari-458-ff-f12-812-wheel-spacers-circle-shape-14mm-front-17mm-rear/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The Capristo 14mm/17mm are with German certificate for legal use here in Germany, longer titanium bolts are included. So the quality is premium. I had the combo 14/17 with the twisted forged 812 wheels and now 14/14 with the 21 inch Monza SP wheels. Daniel
