F1 fluid change on 360

Guys, looking to renew my oil as I am not aware when it was last done.

I will be pulling out the fluid with a syringe, priming the system the topping up and sucking it out again until a full a bottle load.

Is this the correct one to buy?

If you decide to just do the syringe method as you mentioned above without doing any true bleeds this is what I would do to get the most out
But remember the clutch line is a dead end so the fluid in the clutch line will always be the same and most likely the most burnt if anything
I would do a combination of what I'm about to tell you and if one or two clutch bleeds to really make a difference

Remove F1 relay and let sit overnight or better yet release pressure using pressure relief value on power unit ( if you know where and what it is )
Once the pressure is almost down to zero ..you can check with a diag tool .. siphon out as much fluid as possible from the reservoir and refill with the exact same amount
Put relay back let system pressure up take it for a ride or two going through all the gears
Then pull relay again and either relieve pressure or or let it sit overnight again and repeat the process
As mentioned above it would be preferable if you do a clutch bleed after these two steps above

Since you have a early 360 and if the fluid is red and not green in there use this

Thanks for the info. Yes the fluid in there is red.

Just forgot to mention if you do use the pressure relief valve never open it more than a second or two at a time and never leave it open
