It’s a Turkish coffee grinder my mom bought ages ago.

 

Indonesian style bbq chicken. Poach chicken in heavily seasoned broth then finish by grilling. Good one

Found 2 live mud crabs from Darwin from our local live seafood fishmonger. Decided to try making a Singapore chilli crab dish with them. First attempt at this culinary delight.

Beautiful, so refreshing on a hot summer day. Love the cheese selection. One of my favorites.

One bonus to being out west is no humidity. Sitting on the deck enjoying the evening watching golfers.
