So many painted shields on the 12 Cilindri. I'm also seeing a lot of non shield specs as well. Super cool to see that.
Back to the question of rims. Which rim do you prefer looking at the pictures of these 2 dark blue 12C’s: the standard or the forged?
I like the forged wheel in a single color not the diamond polished, but the standard wheel is what we did in my Atelier session based on classic looks.
Another classic look of gold with a modern design twist. I thought this was the stand out specification so far... Image Unavailable, Please Login - Derek Photography
Watch this video, the 12C has never been filmed so well!!! You'll understand that it could have belonged to the 'Icona' range : ¡INCREÍBLE V12! Ferrari 12Cilindri: Más que un Gran Turismo | Prueba / Test / Review
Thats a great review, thank you for sharing. I agree with you, and as time has gone on, I find myself appreciating the design more and more.
Thank you for the video. Good review and consistent to the other top knowledgeable reviewers. Totally agree. At first I was skeptical, but now I am all in.
An early 12 Cilindri Spider takes center stage. This Spider wears Verde British Racing with a Giallo Modena livery. Inside cuoio is the dominant color for this new arrival > Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login - Blackbird Concessionaires
I don't mind the black parts anymore, but... not all cars need stripes. This car would work better with dream lines that emphasize the subtle hood lines.
I'm not big on yellows but Giallo Montecarlo is THE color for this car. Also silvers like Nurburgring/Sanusilver/aluminio lucido
This Spider is much more colorful wearing Verde Pino and the wheels in Oro > Image Unavailable, Please Login - Derek Photography

The Blu Swaters paint here was first introduced on the 456 back in 1992 > Image Unavailable, Please Login In comparison Blu Roma the launch paint color for as the name implies Roma shows more as a gray blue color > Image Unavailable, Please Login - Derek Photography
What about a Nero Ds paint with a contrasting center stripe? I think the forged rims work on an all black car since it adds a little POP. Any suggestions about the stripe color and thickness? Modena giallo or giallo monecarlo or giallo triple strato (?) Or a more subdued stripe color like silver?
I would do a more subdued monochromatic theme. Silver stripe matching the forged rims. Silver calipers and carbon center caps and shield (if you do shield). I think that might look pretty good.
I would never get one with an interrupted stripe like that but if I did I’d get it corrected with either a matching film stripe to finish it or just get it painted on. The factory can fume all it wants but the black bits need some paint. Btw some of the original Daytona Comp had paint stripes all the way to the tip of the car. I’m partial but bronze montecarlo is a better gold from my atelier build Image Unavailable, Please Login
