I think its ridiculous the Pista was approx £30k more than the 488, this is £120k more than a GTB, since they went public the prices are silly
Getting pricing for exterior colors is a real challenge. Ferrari changes the codes and prices on each car. It seems as though PNTE, PNT0 and PNT1 are all between 35 and 45K. I'm not sure about pricing for historical/iconic/classic/metallic.
Im trying to find out the price for the launch color, verde Nurburgring, but my dealer can't tell me yet. Anyone know?
They have the code PNTN which should be discounted as the launch color. I'll ask my folks - thinking 15k vs 45k (someone said this is the "new" cost for 3/4 layer paints).
Is verde Nurburgring a 3/4 layer paint? Hard to tell from the pics but it looks to have that metallic/pearlescent quality to it.
Assume 14k - historic colors I think same price. Ask for XX paint pricing - they will be the same as they add 10% for special editions. Rossa Corsa metallic 39k / Special paints 42k / Onda Marina movement pints 46k - all opaco 46k
Very exciting, is this your first special car from the factory? If so, please do Tailor Made or Atelier, do not just spec it from the dealer. I have Atelier builds that were the same spend as at at TM or the dealer.
I wouldn't get hung up on layers of paint - seen deeper richer two layer than 3/4 layer. TM two layer paints which I have ordered cost more than 3/4 layer. The best deal is the one you prefer - people get hung up on Mica Metallics but the best imo are the simplest - example Cervino TDF Nero Daytona FWIW - Tailor Made Atelier there is a premium but if you want something special pick your poison.
I had always heard that Sanu silver is a four layer, but it is in fact, two layer.. That’s the same advice that Tailor made guys gave me. Don’t get hung up on the layers. It’s just what is needed for the desired effect.
When I selected the F80 wheels it said 21 inches. Sorry if this is a stupid question but my GTB rims are 20 so I was wondering if this has changed. If anyone finds out the cost of the wheel options that would be great.
Have a 458 Speciale and really wanted "two" Speciale's when I knew the name . My 458 Speciale is RC/NART and wanted to get close to this so they "match". Weird I know but anyway - Closer to the time I will look into TM or Atelier.
I was kind of thinking the same thing….but will see. body is completely different and there are some interesting bits to highlight.
Was going to ask Grok to do me a render (or ChatGPT) and have a look at what it comes up with . And will get my UI designer (who is in fact an architect to suggest a few things). All exciting
Sanu is a popular one - why I have no clue. Simple historic colors are those guys favorites - understand why as colors can distract from the lines.. I have gone to Cervino on the last 3 cars - simple cheap and gets it done
Shoot! I have one too and never thought about that, strong point, Was going to do a reverse of XX on VS - If nothing else be a fun pair to auction off at Barrett type venue - wonder which would do better.
