right, but if you option SPCF (rear bumper/challenge grill) you are almost forced to also option WING which is another $12k.
Maybe, can possibly get away with it without. It’s on a different plane and not visible from straight on the rear.
it is almost imperceptible in pictures unless you know what you are looking for but once you see it, pretty cool.
and in real life, i had to really contort myself when viewing the demo Green Speciale to actually see the carbon wings....its in deep shadows, basically not visible ...consider this option a "lightweight" thing not a visual thing (definitely the case for the front wing carbon which is all painted)
has anyone got a hold of the personalization guide for Speciale (options, variations, what must be selected with what etc)
If you are going to add every other carbon option it feels like one of those options that is a "why skip just this" piece. I think it is a little detail that could go a long way. Especially in colored carbon.
Colored carbon and you are entering a whole new world of cost. I agree though, this piece will finish the look.
To add to the data, here's what I'm thinking is worth it vs. what you can ultimately pay. $82,978 · Total Available Exterior Carbon Add-ons (Includes rear bonnet, which is CERG, and carbon front bumper which has no visible carbon, which is SPCF) $29,998 · SECRET's Recommended Exterior Carbon Add-ons $5,562 · CEFB · CARBON FIBRE FILTER BOX COVER $14,976 · CERG · CARBON FIBRE REAR BONNET IN 90 GLOSSY FINISH $8,864 · CEXS · EXTERIOR SILL COVER IN CARBON FIBER $5,825 · NRCC · AIR VENT IN GLOSSY CARBON FIBER $20,856 · PACF · FRONT BUMPER IN CARBON FIBER $15,309 · SPCF · REAR BUMPER IN GLOSSY CARBON FIBER $11,648 · WING · REAR WINGS IN GLOSSY CARBON FIBER $30,877 · Total Available Interior Carbon Add-ons $19,580 · SECRET's Recommended Interior Carbon Add-ons $5,214 · ALRC · REAR INTERIOR FINISHING IN MATT CARBON FIBRE $869 · CFKY · CAR KEY IN CARBON FIBRE $8,321 · CIZB · FRONT BOOT UPPER INSERT IN GLOSSY CARBON FIBER $10,428 · CRP5 · INTERIOR LOWER ZONE IN MATT CARBON FIBRE $5,214 · DATR · DASHBOARD INSERTS IN GLOSSY CARBON FIBRE $9,152 · DSHC · LOWER DASHBOARD IN MATT CARBON FIBRE
To add to that, it's somewhere in the neighborhood of $5k - $12k extra per option atop the standard carbon option cost. Then another $25k wholesale adder on top of that for any type of custom color that isn't from their 'standard range' of 'special carbon.' The amazing thing is you can really max spec a Speciale to be quite amazingly high ($1.15M). It'd be interesting to start a car collection to one day be auctioned with Sotheby's as the Ridiculously High Spec Car Collection.
The dashboard inserts are minimal for cost. I still need to source how much the engine bonnet is for the SA.
It doesn’t show in the diagram, but that personalization catalogue was from the launch, and the option didn’t show on the configurator until recently. Also, the triple vent is a giveaway.
Spec'd all blue ext carbon on XX including wing - 50k IMO it's far better than special paint - 42 - 46k. Yes cost of carbon / colored which is a new want it's been around for a long time. Every LE rear engine track focus Ferrari does well - not if but when and the high spec do even better. As Jay L said - sold too soon and he is 100% spot on. I have never once heard a guy well sold on a limited rear engine Ferrari - they go north VS will be no different but for the tariff
@SECRET do you know the difference between CERB (rear boot trim) and CERG (rear boot 90gloss)? Is CERB matte and CERG glossy or is there some other difference?
