They must cut it really close. To bad, looked like he could have gotten at least one more place. Do they take fuel out when they red flagged it?

    1) was not a disadvantage in the first stint. Charles did a great job holding Max back on the inters.

Impressive drives by Oscar and Charles
Too bad we didn't get to see any of it, as SKY spent all day fawning over their Brits

Non-stop coverage of every pass by Hamilton against 3rd tier teams, while Chuck held off the greatest driver of this generation for the entire race.
And Lando is going to get Oscar !! meanwhile I check the gap (consistent at~8sec) while looking at the number of laps remaining drop. Lando would need 0.6 sec per lap to get close to Oscar, then have to pass. But Crofty & Brundle kept telling us it would happen.....

IMO, Norris has Oscar living in his head. I think Norris thought it would be an easy season against Piastri, especially with his assumed "number 1 team status" going in. But Oscar is making it tough. The more Norris tries, the more mistakes he makes.

The one thing I'd have the TV coverage change is how much they show the Family Norris. Cutting away to one of them standing in the garage or near the podium every 90 seconds doesn't feel appropriate. Maybe they can get that down to every 30-45 seconds. I much rather see his mom's goofy grin or his dad's horrible fashion choices (especially those amazing crochet mesh shirts he seems to love) than any of the F1 related action on or off the track.

26 will be interesting. As the new PU's are used and drivers understand them, we might have some variation. Will the aero changes be enough to let cars follow in dirty and not degrade the fragile Pirelli tyres.

Kubica (Williams) vs Massa(Ferrari) at Fuji Speedway 2007.

As someone posted in the video, these guys would be in prison with todays regs--->track limits, causing a collision, not rejoining the track in a safe manner......back when racing was racing in a very wet track and wet tires(Bridgestone) that worked in these conditions.

    **** F1!

Could have been a great race but the wussies waited for a dry track to give us a procession parade.

    Sure lol.

Rational thought prevails and most know it = Ferrari team boss Frederic Vasseur added it’s easy to judge in hindsight, noting that teams would’ve been the first to slam race control if an earlier start had gone wrong.

--But based on the feedback of the majority of the drivers, a red flag was shown. At first, the FIA considered restarting the race after a short 10-minute pause. However, the rules require the race director to issue a “10 minutes warning” to teams ahead of a restart. The FIA then noticed more rain was expected around that time, effectively ruling out a quick restart.--

NASCAR could show Spa how to dry up a 7km circuit under constant rain perhaps ?

Lets see all the macho fans send their kids out at speed in Spa with water standing and rain falling lol. It was the right call to delay. Max is pathetic in his response, 'lift' lol. Ask him after he is bumped off the track if NO ONE can SEE him with the spray. He just really needs to shut it and drive.

In a (subjective) podium finish for worst races in recent memory, Spa '21 and Spa '25 sniff around for first and second. Brutal.
