That item on eBay is the 8.230.700. However, the 330 GTC I believe uses the same as the 275 GTB/4, which is, sadly, the 119th element on the periodic table, aka Unobtainium. Reoriginals sells them. not cheap at $910 EACH. I too am searching for a set. One bulb, not two. LHD?

FWIW, I do not believe the 330 had Carello cursive script. I have been told recently by folks grayer and wiser than I that the 330 used the same lens as the 275, and the 275 is most definitely the block all caps logo, not the cursive "script". See attached image. This is Carello 07.686.700 on the lens/glass, and 7.585.800 on the bucket aka parabolica.
    Good luck.

Ha! He didn't appreciate that advice when I suggested it. Told him he could have the headlights...and I would take the car!

There are two types of Carello headlights in the family of the ones shown in post #7, both with the same 'Carello' cursive script.
Although very early 275GTBs appear to have used Marchal headlights, the correct headlight for the majority of 2-cams is Carello 07.585.700. (Likely used for 330GTC also, though I have no information in this regard.) This headlight is similar to the photos posted, though I cannot read the number on the lens inthe photos. 07.585.700s are not easy to find - they appear not to have been reproduced.

The best alternative is the Carello 07.485.700, which was a period Alfa Romeo application. This light also has the same Carello cursive script, and the lens pattern is very, very similar to the 07.585. You have to stare at them side-by-side to see the pattern difference - slight, but different - imperceptible from 10 feet away.
The 07.485 is easy to find; there are a good reproductions from Italian sources, reasonably priced, they can be found on ebay. You need to verify the mounts on the buckets for your application, as there are some Alfa Romeo mount variations. Also be careful that they are single-bulb; some are two-bulb with the small (parking?) bulb below the main bulb. You can still find real NOS Carello 07.485, but they are significantly more expensive.

Regarding the Carellos with 'CARELLO' in block lettering, I believe they were used on some 275 4-cams, but generally not on 2-cams. See the other painful 275 headlight thread debate also for punishment.
