What do you think about a 12v spider painted in Bianco Avus 100 ?

The better choice would be Bianco Cervino which Cocoloco swears by.
I think the Bianco Ondamarina is the best new white that makes the new Bianco Artico look rather mundane. Bianco Avus just looks weak compared to Bianco Ondamarina which is much more memorable!

The Bianco Fuji was an older paint color and in that form it had a subtle yet distinctive beige/cream tone to the color.
Ferrari in more recent years reduced that beige tone. The color is more of a white now.
For comparison Bianco Italia has a slight blue tone. All these white shades are subtly different but each has a unique character.

Wow the 3/4 rear view of the spider ,to me ,looks awful

The bad design of the contrasting tail trim stops the eye and draws attention to the poor design and awkwardness..

I believe that this design of the spider is not going to be looked upon as a timeless beauty

I'm betting people start painting the spider decklid and winglets to match the body. Or, wrap. Order a black no-charge paint, wrap it with colored PPF and make all the funky parts color-matched anyway.

The original Daytona spider looked great with the nose stripe and no weird tail feathers.

A picture is worth a thousand words

Pretty expensive to buy dissatisfied with looks, then plan to change. Then you also have the whole Ferrari isn’t Porsche; you can’t deviate from the factory blah blah blah…

The big issue here is Ferrari is being lazy and cheap using the same spider mechanism originally developed for the 458. The pontoons look good on the midrear engine cars but not on the 812GTS and now the 12 C spider. I still think the spider looks better than the 12C coupe but the 3/4 rear view still looks odd. A flat rear hood like on the original Daytona Spider or the Roma Spider would have gone over much better IMHO.

Great pictures to see the difference of the 2 rims
The standard is echoes historic 5 spoke style and the forged is the modern look

and the design style of each version wheel is clearly visible to. When you 'paint it black' all that detail vanishes as this blue 12 Cilindri illustrates >

I agree with your opinion regarding black forged rims. However, the all -black rim or ‘black hole’ look has been popular for a while. Will it fall out of fashion soon?
