I actually do want it and just traded for a car with AF package. What do I like about the AF package? The CF wing for starters, the additional CF that comes standard. The lighter weight doesn't hurt. I am not hugely offended by the AF package livery as some are. I found a 776K MSRP 2023 car with 1300 miles at Boardwalk and swapped my car for it plus some cash.

I'm a sucker for a traditional Ferrari Rosso Corso over Beige interior too. Just an elegant combo.

Love the color-matched roof and big spoilers. I've never been a fan of the black roof on non-black cars, especially this and the LaFerrari.

Ferrari SD has a 2022 w/14K miles for $399,999. First i've seen at an AD at that price.

Considering year and mileage, I would say there are better deals out there.

Think Marshall Goldman offering one for nearly $300k off msrp with 3.5k miles. Yikes.

Same. I know some people kind of try to equate the two models as being pretty similar but to me the SF90 is a clear level above.

I really like the way the SF90 looks. Hope to get into one at some point also. Will hold off until the replacement is announced later this summer at the very least because I suspect prices will drop even more despite it being a while until deliveries.

Where do people this the SF90 spider and stradale will stop at? 400s for spider and 300s for Stradale?

The rate of depreciation will slow down IMO
But the fall will continue as they will be very costly to maintain in the future beyond warranty - IMO

earliest years seem to already be in high 300s on trade-in.

I wouldn't mind if they go much lower but barring say a major recession I suspect we are close to the floor. So much car for the $.

I think at retail the average price will end up being low 400's for stradale and low 500's for spider.

Can't say where the end is

  23. This is true now.

But batter technology (and hence costs) are rapidly progressing, almost exponentially.

I would surmise that within 5 years replacement battery costs, including the hybrid drivetrain, will be significantly less expensive that it is currently now.

Just look at something like the iPhone. An iPhone X when it came out in 2017 was about 500 (for things like water damage), to repair the same iPhone X with water damage today (i.e. 2025), it's only about 150. Both repairs being aftermarket not through AppleCare.

Agreed. I think for me once a malfunctioned subunit can be replaced without touching the entire battery, it will be a good time to start toying with hybrid supercar.

I believe you cannot compare to a consumer class item with millions of endpoints.

No one is going to be making a generic EV/hybrid battery for any Ferrari, ever, not even repair services.
    Throw in the inverter (also expensive);

Instead, if history is a guide, replacement parts will become less available and for some parts like the battery/inverter you will wait, 6-months, maybe a year, for a replacement part to be made and arrive. And cost will never be less despite whatever Ferrari's true input costs are.

I think, eventually, the Ferrari hybrids will have a "second life" without the hybrid components as long as someone can come up with a new ECU or heavily re-programmed version that works without any hybrid components. Especially once Ferrari decides not to make them anymore, which will happen at some point.
