    I remember reading about a Lusso that was fitted with a 275 engine.
    Curious about the serial number and who accomplished the engine change.

    250 GT/L 4421 GT has 275 GTB engine 06905. See here.
    250 GT/L 5471 GT is stated to have 275 GTB 07511's engine.

    4607 now has a correct tipo 250 Classiche engine and the 275 GTS 08303 engine restored to that car and Classiche Red Booked.

    Earl Waggoner still has (or had?) the original 5341 engine along with the 275 engine in the car. See the story The Five Lussos here.
