Curious if anyone has done this. My car is completely wrapped. Wondering about plexiglass and detergents.

  2. Friends don't let friends with Ferraris use drive-thru car washes.

Just find a reputable mobile detailer and book them to come to your house. My guy uses spot free water and hand washes, does full interior wipe down (no greasy products), glass, vacuum, etc for $100 a visit. I use him every 14 days or so. Every 4 washes he does a spray on and wipe off ceramic to boost the ceramic on my full PPF. My car looks insanely good.

I get a complimentary hand car wash at my local Ferrari dealer (the price is the tip).

I’ve taken cars through the local touchless washes in the winter months with no ill effects. I do not choose any of the various wax/polish options, just straight up wet down, soap, rinse, spot-free shower and air dry. Nothing but water, soap and air touches the car. Hand towel it off afterwards and no ill effects. It's not the greatest wash in the world but it will get the car clean. Would not be concerned at all with a full PPF.

Note that "brushless" is not the same as "touchless" ... in a true touchless wash you drive the car into the bay, stop, and the wash mechanism circles around the car, no conveyer belts, etc.
