I believe you are right but not for the reason you imply. The F80 sells on it's own merits as a very exclusive Ferrari model. Conservatively I believe Ferrari could have sold twice as many cars as they are actually building. That extra money then chases something else that is rare; the SP3. As the previous model there is more availability than for the brand new F80 that hasn't arrived for customers yet. The SP3 feeds that most rare commodity 'time'.
To me the SP3 is the most intense and desirable car Ferrari has built in the last many years . I can't quite say it is beautiful but it is certainly to me a very attractive and amazing car ....congrats to the owners of these fine cars....
