So…I got my car back from FOW today.

The MSC coilovers are INCREDIBLE! They have taken other elements like the MSW sway bar and FHP module and just turned everything up to eleven. Turn in is magnificent, ZERO brake dive, ZERO body roll…the car feels right as a drum and solid as all hell. I remarked earlier to a friend that this very well may be, in spite of its relative heft, the best handing car I have had. I am no longer bummed in the least over losing the FHP/HGTC springs, which had made a good difference already. These are just on another plane.

Now, there are some ride quality concessions, but nothing I can’t live with. I’ve always wanted to retain the GT character of the car, and I’ll admit that having them set pretty stiff it’s nearly crossing the line…but I’m not complaining. Just awesome!!

Any issue with suspension error msgs.? How difficult is it to change stiffness?

Trying, thank you :) I guess the final step here can only be the Fabio setup!

    Nope, none!

I haven’t adjusted anything yet, but I think the fronts at least remain pretty accessible once they’re on the car.

    Congrats!

Note, I would touch base with MSC and inquire about their service requirements. Most aftermarket coilovers have a service life between 10-30k miles depending on setup/build/specs with road-only use. Add track-day use and expect a much, much shorter interval. MSC made a name for themselves as they tend to last much longer than most others but doesn't change its important to stay on top of them.

    So stoked…thanks! HIGHLY recommend.

It’s funny you mention that, I was just wondering to myself if the Bilsteins in my Turbo may need some love.

After this 575 bill…I’m inclined to say “Ah, they will keep for a while.” Haha!

I can’t claim hardship - I knew what I was doing sending it to the dealer. More convenient than going to four different shops between here and Richmond and their service guy James is a super nice dude. So, yeah.

    Anyway - I will inquire!
