OK, so I want to get a set of MAFs for my 430. The plastic housing is in good condition, so I don't plan on changing the whole thing, just the insert. I'm concerned about fake Bosch MAFs, so I'm considering ordering from Eurospares. They only offer the complete unit with the plastic housing, but interestingly, they also have an OEM option and a Bosch option.

Has anyone used the Bosch option from Europspares? I don't want to waste an extra couple of hundred dollars to have a horse box if I don't have to, especially since I will only be pulling the insert out and putting the plastic part into my storage loft.

    Thanks,
    Cheers,
    Corey

I am going to order mafs this week, I am debating the same. I’ll let you know what I do. I will probably change the whole unit with new clamps etc since it’s probably dirty in there. No record of them ever being changed.

I just replaced my MAF's with Bosch units from Summit Racing about 50 miles ago, absolutely no issues whatsoever, and a lot less spent.

Geesh, prices skyrocketed since then apparently. I spent $220 per sensor. Still much less than from Ferrari but still

Tariffs don't double the price. The tariffs from Europe for car parts are only 15%, which is still less than the 20% VAT Europeans pay for everything on top of the cost of the part. I think this is just due to supply/demand, making some of these parts double or more in price. Wasn't tariffs that made the 430 challenge headers go from 2k a set when I bought them a few years back to 4 to 5K back in late 2023.

I switched my 360 Tune to a 360CS which requires the F430 MAF. I sourced them from Summit Racing for about 1/2 the yellow box price. No problems whatso ever.

I did this ~3-years ago and they were $150 each + Tax + shipping. Not sure how the previous poster only paid $100 each.
