    Good Morning.

Factory gated 430, ediff-suspension-cst and brake light warnings all on. Replaced battery, canbus system measures out good, sent ABS module for testing and came back good. Swapped the suspension and ediff modules. Swapped the cluster and the ABS module from a good doner.

Live data shows wheel speed sensors operating, yaw reading and SAS working fine as compared to a good 430. Have found no open wires or shorts in any harnesses. Everything seems to operate fine but yhe warnings will not dissappear. All powers and gnds at all affected modules are good, canbus voltages and resistance good.

When monitoring the suspension live data for canbus, data shows CAN wire failure with minor error. All modules show no error. The only thing I haven't physically inspected is the yaw sensor but it reads as compared to another car.

Any help would be great! This one has me stumped. Thanks in advance

Check battery voltage on cranking ..possible weak battery
If not weak battery need to check pump cycles on E-diff and pressures with a daig tool differential system. Menu

Brand new battery and voltage drop measurement is fine. Vehicle doesn't have to be cranked to trigger these faults

Ok then we need to see if E-diff solenoid is working fine ..check recycle times, hydraulic and locking pressure in differential menu

Ediff pressure of 50bar and locking went up to 8bar. Just compared to my test car and they act similar but the test car is an F1 trans and is more lively it seems with the locking pressures.

timing of pump cycle was similar when driving at 25 mph straight .. you can look at pressure jumping to 50 ish to know when pump starts

Agreed, and thats why i tested through the canbus. The vehicle ran great, went for a drive and 5min into the drive the dash lit up. These faults all set without starting the vehicle.

so I understand .. you clear all dtcs and then go into the individual modules ( not a health scan) and all come back immediately ?
Please wipe DTC out.. shut car off for 2 mins ... then turn key on and check individual modules for errors Let me know
DId you try a battery disconnect as well and then check codes?

The faults do not clear. I've done several battery resets, and left it off for the weekend and all same.
It does have factory bluetooth but i don't have the wiring diagram for that and i dont believe its on the bus system

The last time I saw this it was a faulty vertical acceleration sensor but I had that code as well and it cascaded the others

No, only in ediff. When i unplugged the ABS i was able to erase all those other faults so i sent the ABS unit out for rebuild. When the unit came back and noting changed it was time to jump down the rabbit hole.
