"Kicking off a new thread to track the CS market/inventory." This is literally the first sentence in this thread so there will be no giving it a rest.
Mate, not only am I enjoying the ****e out of my CS, I'm also enjoying the fact that it doesnt lose any value while I enjoy it.
Funny Ferrari/nvda story is I grew up and went to the same junior high and HS as Jensun Huangs son and coincidentally I would see his black Ferrari scagletti in our downtown all the time, so I knew of the company fairly well. I loved video games so much that I bought there products all the time so I got 2k worth in college at $10.15 or 200 shares (at the time) around 2010-2011, which was like all my saved money. Sold it at 6k bc that felt like a good return for me. It would be worth around 1.344 million today with 8k shares as there’s been a 10 and 4 to 1 split smh But, that number moving around still isn’t as fun as firing up a Ferrari and sending it WOT. So, what do you guys think the silver one on BAT is going for tomorrow, I mean that thing is MINT
Thank god I’m not in Vegas! I would make a terrible gambler! https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2004-ferrari-360-challenge-stradale-38/ Plus $7,500.00 buyers premium!
who'd of seen $603K plus buyer premium!! i hate to say it, but it put a smile on alot of CS owners faces (yes its a lower than low mile car.. but will undoubtedly buoy them all to some extent).
Doesn’t matter, don’t even think about selling it!! But proly same tbh. +\- 100k just depends on who shows up and what color they like, condition and miles matters a lot more to Ferrari collectors than anything. I don’t buy silver having a premium for anything, maybe if it was like frog green or some crazy weird custom one off color
550k on its way to a Million. The beauty is you can actually drive it up to 15 to 20 K and it’s not going to decrease the value ultimately.
No smile on my face: I'm an owner and enthusiast, not an "investor". So all this does for me is raise the cost for parts and insurance in the long run.
Hello friends. Its been a long time since I've checked this thread. Hope all my CS brothas and sistas are doing splendid. Can't believe its been 15+ years since I started this thread and today we hit a milestone with that silver striped beauty on BaT surpassing the $600k mark. Windows down WOT!
Said the same to a friend who has a 50k example. You may be richer on paper but in reality you just got poorer. Saying that as a CS owner myself
That was what I told my wife last night. It makes our Stradale harder to enjoy going forward. We are going to have to re-assess the insurance coverage for the CS. And given that I am the second owner (owned our CS since 2006) with a perfectly clean car, if something should happen to it, where and how and I going to find a replacement for it???
Same. I'd prefer these stay at $200,000 forever. Then more people get to enjoy them like I get to enjoy mine. When I see a 4,000 mile Ferrari that is 20 years old, I just think "dumb". Literally defeats the point of owning the car and I've never understood this fascination.
New one for sale looks like. 15k miles, black with stripe (added looks like), listed at $479k. https://www.europeanexoticcenter.com/used-2004-ferrari-360-challenge-stradale--tampa-fl-id-62493897 Registry listing. Looks like it has not been sold since 2020. https://challenge-stradale.com/136230.html
