I think they look pretty much the same but thats a different camera angle (which is one of my favorite angles of the car... I agree with you).
My goodness Ferrari has gone from the penthouse to the outhouse in terms of styling. Are they purposely trying to make the ugliest supercars out of all the brands currently? There is not a single thing about the styling of this car that looks good. RIP the 812, F8, Pista, and 458 Speciale. The last Ferraris that actually looked good. (And didn’t depreciate 50% in 1 year) lol
There are some great surgeons in Beverly Hills who can help with this type of Schnozz issue. My assumption is in a car with this much power, they're driving performance gains over SF90 through incremental aero and this serves a real functional purpose, with measurable performance benefits.
This is much better than the stillborn looks of the disjointed spf90. Could have been a 8.5/10 w/o the rear winglet thingys. Maybe in person.
Looks like they took the worst bits of the SF90, 296 and 12C to make a very large miss. The interior looks great but honestly Ferrari needs to oust their current head of design as he's taken the brand styling in a really terrible direction. The last win they've had in the looks department has been the SP3 & 812C.
I adored the SF90 immediately after seeing the design and knew I had to have one. Same for the 812, F8 and the Huracan variants. This makes me feel so awkward in all the wrong ways. The car is hideous in every way. Finally good news for SF90 values!
I agree with this. Although I went on the configurator and found that you can option it in carbon fiber. I have a conspiracy theory....
I don’t think Ferrari itself knows what it stands for anymore. They’ve lost their way. Sad actually..
Today I read a post on Instagram for the release that said "Ferrari keeps building cars, Pininfarina built Ferraris" It's another swing and a miss for me. Only model that looks remotely OK in their current lineup to me is the 296.
It looks like styling is being dictated by aero optimization, similar to the F80. Good for the few people that track it but fugly to look at for the rest.
Since I sold the Pista, this is the first car they have released that Im actually liking the looks of. It finally looks “Exotic” - 296 is tame (but at current prices a great buy) sf90 front headlights never been a fan of. 12C is lame - saw it at C&C Saturday for first time in flesh and that car is ass. Purosangue - overpriced and dumb. This car is not too shabby.... except for what in the actual F is this????? Image Unavailable, Please Login .
That is exactly what I have a problem with too. That and the weird vertical part behind the door. What's funny is I think the 296 is one of the most on point cars Ferrari has made recently. The front was a miss but it wasn't offensive. The back of the car mimics the 250lm and I love it. I love it's organic shape n This thing looks like a bad Lego model and has Zero cohesion between front side and back not the Ferrari line up. They also should have left the black stripe to the f80 and 12 cylindri. They should have tried to make it exclusive-ish. Putting it on every model is dumb. I don't even mind the black swath but this is bad
296 is by no means offensive. It just doesn't look exotic but that might not be a bad thing if you are looking to stay low key. I dont hate it, dont love it - but you can't knock the performance or the current prices, This does look like a lego model. I was just on the configurator and honestly - thought about trying to get an allocation but I think this car will be a 2 year rule for me. wait 2 years and buy used.
