interesting observation on the steering…liking it more on the STO. When i drove the STO i did not like the steering. Felt even lighter like a playstation console. I wonder if that was because the car i drove had mag wheels on.

A Ferrari is not made for taking phone calls, you shouldn't even pick up:D:D !

A Ferrari is made for whatever I want it to be made for, I am a consumer and this is a utilitarian object to me, I don’t belong to any cult who worship Ferrari of yesterday, I want a car which works with warranty which I can use whichever way I please and the F296 fits the bill.
Also when the phone is down it will run circles whatever old Ferrari you worship :D

How about let's all just agree that judging by the secondary market, ferraris are mostly made for sitting in the garage to be looked at.

A Ferrari is a dream come true. There are many different ways to enjoy a Ferrari, as long as you are happy, then it was a good choice.

Not that is really matters but someone liked this and when I read it I realized that is said we did race after sport but it was evo. Race is next year. And yes, I still love the car.

So I just did a track day with mclaren and got to drive the 750s quite a bit. Happy to report that I feel like I made the right call buying the 296.
I think I'm totally spoiled by the 296 performance now. I was expecting earth shattering speed from 750s from watching the reviews. Honestly 296 FEELS quite a bit quicker I think because of the instant torque boost. Cornering/handling wise, 750s was great on track but nothing the 296 can't replicate even though it weighs more. Interior looks, the 296 is way prettier with the Italian flair.
Glad this is settled. I'm done with cars.

About a 100 mile round trip tonight to a wedding and back. Can’t find anything the car isn’t amazing at. Always comfortable. Quiet if you want. Loud and brutally fast if you want. Best change of direction and handling there is. Hit some traffic, no issue, switch to E mode and creep along. Cars clear, wham, 30-120 in seconds. I love this thing.

ha, no. I think it’s so bad. It was actually decent on the iPhone but the quality degrades significantly when I upload them here and I don’t know how to have that not happen.

@Jo Sta7 so according to your draggy tests, which car is faster 100km-200km? 296 or 765? Pretty darn close right? Thank you for the stats.

Congrats! She’s beautiful! Is this the standard Blu Elettrico or the 2020 version?

2020 version. Lots of options and ended up around $550K. Love the car. Had a 2023 demo with 900 miles on it with all kinds of issues. In the shop more than my garage. Traded it temporarily for an F8 Spider. But really wanted and waited for the new 296 GTS which I ordered when I traded the demo. The 25 is much better - haptics fixed, steering wheel design much better. Broke in at under 5500 RPM for first 600 miles. This thing is a gem! Highly recommend to anyone who plans to drive it - not store or flip. Probably will lose 100K minimum. Hopefully the Speciale will boost the resale for those interested in eventual sale.. Turned down an allocation for a Speciale because they couldn't get me an A. This one is a keeper.
