Pretty sure it is a mistake. Saw it yesterday in Milan and it looked same dimensions as sf90
    To me

In the USA, 80” is the max width before it’s classified as a truck.

it is based on sf90 so dimensions, especially width should be very similar, no was 30 cm wider. The number can only be with mirrors.

A Korean Ferrari dealer posted on Instagram that it will be possible to opt for a body colored panel between the headlights, eliminating the black stripe, for those who prefer this look. Can anyone confirm this? I believe this option may also be available for the 12Cilindri.

In all fairness, this car looks better than much of Ferraris recent offerings. Yes the design has incoherence, its really 3 or 4 peior ferraris thrown into a blender and then taped together with hard lines.
Part of the problem is ferrari feels they have to make "ultimate [performance" whatever that means. When the 355 came out it was nott he fastest car, in fcat w eprbably have to go to the 275 series to find a time prior to this new era when a ferrari was the fastest. What they were was stylish, superb to drive, full of feel and passion. In a era of Evs, and frankly ridiculous paper specs for many exotics. Ferrai needs to get intot he way back machine and find balance between passion style and performance. The ugly fish lips on the 849 add 15% of the total downforce to the front end, is that a compromise worth making?

Id love to see this car with a somewhat reworked front end, and yes a NA v12, that woudl be something. Seriously who wants a TTv8 hybrid besides some eu fols cause they got no choice.

Same thing happened during 12Cillindri release and freaked everyone out comparing it on paper to 812 specs. For whatever reason they have decided to change their listed specs for these newer cars to be based on mirrors extended.

I actually like the side profile and the vertical stripe, which I think it's outlandishly appealing to me. It is subjective, similarly I am having hard time to like the lower lip so sticking out.

The vertical stripe is something I don’t care for. But then, I need to see it in person and maybe see the vertical stripe body colored. It might change my mind completely…

I love the car.... I will admit i have 2 styling issues with the car. The square radar cruise pod on the front, and i don't like the added rear arch extension (like the Puro has), that should be flared body work.

it’s possible that the dish lips are not so visible whe. You’re standing
Camera angles from knee height is not necessarily what we see in the flesh

a agree the car has a freshness to it, even if incoherent it’s the 21 cebtury.

it would Just be way way better not as an overweight overpowered hybrid. More worthless power and excess weight is the lazy option

Eu regs and sentiments are killing eu manufacturers

I agree with your front bar comment and I was going to look into an aftermarket solution until I've heard that 15% of the downforce is due to that design, I will not touch it because 15% is a lot and I will not want to miss on that if it changes the driving characteristics of the car ( I can not see the front bar when I drive) also as for the V12, I own a Revuelto and it is an amazing car but you do feel the weight of that big lump V12 and... I don't know if I like that when compared with the slender feel you get behind the wheel of the SF90 or the 296 in comparison, as a matter of fact I do not like the feel of heaviness, if you are a driver which enjoys spirited track drives, hill climbs etc. there are certain compromises you will not make, if you enjoy your cars in a different manner I do understand some of the comments and concerns here.

The hate for this car is truly incomprehensible to me... I find it superb, I'm a little hesitant about the front, but everything else is truly magnificent! The Daytona SP3-like curves on the rear are really seductive to me. And it's one of the rare modern Ferraris where I'd choose the Spider version over the Coupe.
