    Naturally aspirated V8.

I guess you stopped following F1 20 years ago. The last V12 F1 car was the 1995 Ferrari 412T, 30 years ago.

So I’ve read! That’s my goal too.

I have to go back and check the 'highest miles' thread in the F12/812 subsection but I know I'm ranking well there. Firsthand I have seen IRL one other F12 that has a lot more, IIRC it was pushing 80k miles last time it changed hands.

Classic.com is showing only one logged sale in the past 3 years over 40k miles, looks to be 48k miles: https://www.classic.com/m/ferrari/f12/berlinetta?chart=mileage&end=1757808000000&start=1663113600000

Exactly. Apparently, everything is already lined up for the V8 N/A hybrid; the question to be decided is when it will start: '29, '30, or '31.

Some manufacturers want '29 (including Ferrari), but others want '31 to close the five-year cycle from '26, for cost reasons.

Wonderful change, I hope it happens as soon as possible.

I don't see why not for open minded people, had F8 and almost every V8 Ferrari before it, never had a Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche, JDMs that I didn't enjoy. If just me, I am a car enthusiast who like cars in all flavors, not a hater. People own multiple cars. 849 will no doubt be absolute spectacular to drive.

  5. Raises hand.

(But it would be a Pista, not the F8.)

If they aren't free to rev (which would require dropping fuel flow limits), I fear they won't be the improvement we all hope for.

If all goes to plan, my Lusso should be pushing 80k by the time it's done with school run duty. That's quite a ways off though.

    I hope so too.

Unfortunately, in the US, the California tail can sometimes wag the regulatory dog. And California regulators seem no more sensible than their colleagues in Brussels. Even the Leno law couldn't get through.

So back to the original question, do we have any v12 owners trading in their car for this thing?

F8 owner here... no plans on trading for a 849. I have zero interest in spending close to $300k plus trading/selling my F8 to get a 849.

Too different I´d say, mostly the front/mid engine thing. Add the V12 talibans and the polarizing styling and I don´t think many will move.

I’m seriously considering moving from the F8 to the 849…

Swapping the 812 for anything has never crossed my mind…
