I'm in nyc metro and I'm looking to find out what it costs and where to do a quality caliper color change black to red. I have no garage to take them off myself so I need soups to nuts service.

The calipers on my 430 were black when I bought the car four years ago. I wanted them yellow. My detailer hired a guy that painted for Ferrari of Long Beach.
He came to my detailers shop, removed the wheels and CCB’s and used a two part epoxy paint on my calipers after cleaning and masking off what he didn’t want paint on. He painted them without removing them from the car, leaving the brake line attached. It was $1100ish total and I couldn’t be happier.

Cal your local dealer and ask them if they have someone that does their painting.

PM me your email and I’ll send you some pics.

To take them off the car would have been double or triple the cost because the painter would have needed to bring a mechanic with him to reconnect the brake lines, and flush/bleed the brakes. The painter didn’t feel comfortable doing that.

Also, I didn’t think that painting them off the car, that they would have come out any better than they did.
