296 option query

Does anyone know what this option means on a 2024MY 296GTS ?

I believe it's the humidor and "free" gift they send you, but not 100% sure.

 

do all 296s come with a free gift?

 

"Free" is relative. I think it depends on the dealer but I am not 100% sure. I know you are paying for it though....just a matter of whether you get it. I think you get a model of your actual spec, as I understand it. I'll confirm next Spring as I just got a VIN but I'm not 10R yet.

PPAC is a set of mandatory options that you need to chose in your region. For my 12Cilindri configuration, it is for example WIRE, SMRT, TAIG, ACC1, ELEC, SURR and costs 16.6k€. It is a different set for my 296 Speciale (32k€).
I don't remember what it was for my 296, but it certainly included Apple Carplay and the Adaptive headlights. For the 296 GTS and the German market, the PPAC included
Front and rear parking sensors
Apple CarPlay
Adaptive headlight system
Wireless smartphone charging station

 

Do you know if for 296 Speciale is the Surround view included? I have seen 360 included, but I had to pay for Surround view, that looks like the same option to me.. wondering what 360 is if not surround view..

 

Not standard on the VS.

 

One more Q: were you able to order without it? It seems in my case that I have to add it, even I dont want to, but it seems to be some kind of mandatory in order to close the configuration in their system.
