I'm not a Ham fan and in the beginning I was not big on him coming in with "ideas". Now however, they might as well try anything, it cant get much worse!

Yes it will. There's 6 races left and no more updates for Ferrari.

    Hold on to your hats.

Sabotage is deliberate, this is just incompetence.

Perhaps they should adopt the Costanza Gambit: If everything they instinctively do is wrong, then they should always choose to do the opposite. This especially applies to their instinct of hiring Hamilton over Newey.

I don't think Italian management is at fault at Ferrari; it's their own methods and traditions of doing things.

I don't think they won all those championships that way.

I didn't make myself clear: it is not because the management is Italian, but because of the Ferrari atmosphere inherited from its tyrannical founder and perpetuated since.

There are plenty of examples of successful management in other Italian companies.

    Also,

    Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A.
, branded as MSC, is an international shipping line founded by Gianluigi Aponte in Italy in 1970. The company is owned by the Aponte family with its headquarters in the suburb of Champel, Geneva, Switzerland, since 1978. It is the world's largest container shipping company by both fleet size and cargo capacity, controlling 20% of global container capacity as of July 2024.

More in shipyards, cruise ships, powerboats and marine engines companies, etc ...
The notion that Italians don't know how to run companies is totally flawed.
