    could be a bird strike.
my house (weeks after we bought it, and wife and I were in Portugal with my mother in watching kids...) had a very large floor to ceiling window just pop. It's like automotive glass, so remained intact... but yeah... good times!

that video of your house (and your house) @SoCal to az is just spectacular!
Been meaning to hit Scottsdale.... have both sides of family relatives there, friends... maybe hit an auction!

probably the 'house settling in or the 'walls working a bit'. English is not my native tongue but that's how builders like to phrase it over here.
It happens with new constructions. Broken windows and cracks in walls due the house 'moving'.

Spent the last few weeks researching lighting. These are color corrected, 3000k 90CR spotlights. Going to add a few more. Lights were pricey but worth it.

Great to see a Ferrari back in your garage even if it isn’t yours and even if it is a Purosangue.

If it was more reasonably priced- might get one. But I didn’t find it being worth 600k but it’s just the reality these days.
