. I don’t know where that guy comes off saying that black on teeth is not pretty that’s insane man. I know we have our own particular taste but to say it’s not looking good that’s crazy. I myself have a black one with red seats and black carpet. It looks great

The car rides sharper because of the suspension which cannot include the lifter (same with the Speciale).

In Florida- I have never needed the lifter. The car is not that low.

Do you find the suspension not too rough? Or do you accept & expect it be rough?

I push bumpy road every time I drive the car. I personally wouldn’t order the AF pack due to losing that.

Yeah on certain stretches of freeway here I notice my jaw is chattering. Literally!

I think it’s a great compromise for a car this precise that performs at this high a level. I had a Porsche GT4RS that was much, much harsher- and I sold it because its use case was just too narrow.

if you need a more luxurious ride that only gives up a small amount of precision- get the base set up.

On the other hand- if you want the sharpest version- the AF delivers without punishing.

The AF versions are the bargain as they are discounted more heavily and will be rarer than the Speciale.

I think that’s a brave call. Given the markets and ongoing trade and debt issues there is a potential for a big correction. The car’s a good car but prices won’t be immune. Personally if I were buying I’d be patient and probably wait 6 months to see how things play out.

Agree. I had the new GT3RS and it was a track car. Bone jarring for the road, unacceptably.

I think you're right; there are additional factors that "may" influence prices over the next six months (I'm sure I'll receive some flack for my thoughts)...

    - The stock (RACE) is down 17% the past 12 months (not a direct factor necessarily, but a contributor that can undermine some existing and potential owners).
    - The forward guidance for the next five years is 5%, while analysts expected 6-7% (a 16 to 28% reduction from expectation)--not confidence inspiring.
    - Ferrari walked back this month, it's EV strategy, reducing it by 50%--yes, everyone has done that, but I expect better market predictions from The Ferrari.
    - The 296 VS will arrive next year--yes, very limited production, but how many hopefuls were there who bought a 296 thinking they'd get a VS allocation?
    - The 296 Modificata is expected late next year/early '27--similar, updated car, fixing some of the gripes on the current-gen, may cause people to sell.
    - The 296 and Roma have faced record early depreciation--again, not confidence-inspiring (I have two supercar brands I'll Never buy new again, for this reason).
    - Perception that the end isn't in sight on depreciation, so you can end up with a self-fulfilling prophecy as more selling begets more selling.

Note: I'm not a Ferrari basher; quite the contrary, I'm patiently looking for the spec I want, but I believe time is on my side, other than my current trade will lose a little more value (but probably not at the same rate).

The regular GT3 was about perfect on the road, aggressive, but perfect for aggressive road driving. Front lift needed. I then could drive to track and with no effort hit same lap times as the 355 Challenge on slicks working my butt off. Just amazing cars.

Another interesting thing to note regarding prices is that Ferrari is reducing the cars it sells to the UK in order to help prop up used car prices. I know that’s just one market but is indicative of a problem.

  13. A problem with Ferrari, or a problem with the UK?

Ferrari has been way over supplying UK market. Look at used prices for almost any model Ferrari there compared to mainland EU and USA markets…

Yeah, ~300k seems to be holding as a floor for GTB. GTS could still drop a bit more. As you get <300 you are getting into 488 territory.
