Quavion, you're amazing! Some super combination of an angel bringing blessings to the needy, a sage making complexity understandable to the simpletons, an artist creating a masterpiece and a good guy. Thank you!

@Qavion Do you have the electrical diagram for the rearview mirrors (control switch)?

The wiring diagrams don't really show which wire does what, but here is the diagram anyway.

It may not be applicable to a Spider if you have one.

    thanks!!

    Yes, it's a 348 Spider.

The car has been sitting for 20 years, and none of the mirrors work... perhaps the motors, the wiring, or most likely the switch.

Assuming the wipers and brake lights work, I would check for 12 volts power on the blue/black wire (from fuse #6).

So possibly a broken blue/black wire at the door plug... or, as you say, a control panel issue.

Can you explain this further? (I don't understand much about it.)

I tested the switch and it works fine, with power on both sides.

If power reaches both motors, I understand that they are bad... and would a bad fuse cause them not to work?
