Just came across this video. 296VS looks nice in Giallo Modena! and first time seeing the carbonio edition https://www.instagram.com/reel/DQGxbEkDf6d/?igsh=MTlrZ240aW5tYjl6NA==
The livery on the silver Speciale is rather ambitious. Not sure about that thick border on the front stripe... Thanks!
I can't tell gif the wingless are just painted gray or in fact carbon (I'd hope so), but it's like the Piloti livery....not very attractive, at least imho.
So there's a BTS test drive video from Ferrari for the 849, but there is shockingly little of anything on the Speciale. No leaked track sessions at more than 20mph, no testing videos..nada.
I said what I was trying to say. There's a surprising lack of driving videos. I know that changes Friday, but still no leaks.
What if Ferrari needs to market the F80 and the 849 Testarossa more so that customers order them, but the 296 Speciale sells well even without marketing?
By the way, what is that disappointing sound at minute 2:19? This has nothing to do with emotions anymore. Lamborghini builds about the same number of cars as Ferrari, and they at least manage to produce a halfway decent sound from the exhaust.
Oh, I agree 100% with that statement, but it's still curious that we haven't seen many videos on the test track or anything.
Maybe it was just luck that the car spotters weren't there at the time. There were some media tests with the 296 Speciale. I'm curious to see when a video with the Speciale Aperta on the country road will be released.
Instagram has a picture of a jounalist guy with a Speciale on the track, I think the tests are immanent.
It is a passing sound on a race track from a fixed mic simple as that. Nothing different to many other similar videos taken of many cars
You mean take deposits - 2027 would be great! F80 is sold out - 849 books aren't even open. VS will be held back like the XX vs reality - Ferrari is under stating hp while Lambo 6 years later is slower than SF90 etc. One thing that is apparent - Ferrari is making very fast road cars.
My spec is looking like 630k and then another 50 for tariff contribution. Seems like 650-750 will be a common final MSRP range.
