Water on the camera lens (or car window through which the camera was shooting).

I saw this very same car drive past me while getting coffee yesterday morning in Bologna. Gorgeous.

Noah's ark was out that day. Rivers were flowing :D. Bologna is not able to deal with that kind of rain, no taxis or Uber.
We drove and got stuck in serious ZERO KMH.
    Matthias ( Dino ) had a canoe ready :)

We had reservations at a lovely place ( nine of us ) and had to cancel after a most difficult back and forth
with the owner to regain reservation, as the one from a month previous, was cancelled the night before.

    Italia, che bella!

And then... cancellation as all participants could not make it due to the horrid weather. Bummer, as the food was the best. :(
Fortunately, no credit card was requested. Whew...

    When in Italy
