Looking for input on header choices for my 360. Need to keep the air injection setup, so looking at Fabspeeds with the thermal blankets -vs- Lettieri with the heat shields. I haven’t seen much feedback about the Lettieri, but I assume they’re much the same as Tubi being that Lettieri was the founder of Tubi? Pros and cons of either setup? Thanks!

Agree, I received a set of Fabspeed for my 360 and sent them back, the finishing was awful and ended up putting tubi on my car.

I ordered the Lettieri manifolds. I was less than thrilled with some of the feedback I found for the Fabspeeds, and was honestly not a fan of their used car salesman tactics when I inquired about the “forum discount.”

You did the right thing looking for feedback on fabspeed, as I have been advising others to do for years after a bad experience. You might have been fortunate getting a bad taste pre-purchase.

Did you ask Lettieri what are the differences between their design and Tubis? Any claimed hp ?

I talked to Lettieri this week, and asked them the same question. They said they put extra folded pieces of heat shield over the edges of the main shield for a neater appearance. Under the heat shield is a 6 mm thick felt mat. They also said they make their flange from stainless steel billet stock, while the Tubi's are microcasted. I asked if they machine the flanges flat after welding - they don't, but they do have an old 360 head they fit them to and sand the flanges if needed. They are 4-2-1 design - I'm not sure what the Tubi's are, and I've read different stories the original headers so I'm not sure?
