550 ASR ABS Lights on …need the Wiring Diagram

    550 Maranello…..I have the intermittent ABS / ASR lights on and also showing on the central display intermittently. Also, am feeling the car a bit slow. Did notice once that while going around 75 miles per hour, the speedometer needle went to zero and then back to normal. This of the needle going to zero has only happened once ( that I have noted/seen). Please guide me as what things to look for. Also the Wiring diagram will help me and my mechanic a lot. Any way of diagnosting it ? Thanks!!

    The ABS (and the speedometer) relies on the wheel speed sensors. I forget which sensor is responsible for the speedometer. The Workshop Manual says left rear sensor in one section, but right rear in another section.

    I suppose in theory, if the ASR was triggered, it would tell the engine ECUs to reduce power.

    Being intermittent, I doubt the wiring diagrams would help. I would just try to clean/inspect the rear wheel speed sensors.

    The Ferrari 360 has the same issue with the Workshop Manual. Two owners proved that the left hand rear sensor was responsible for the speedo. Perhaps try cleaning that one first?
