1:18 F355 Berlinetta in Red...

The Mattel Outlet in our neck of the woods had the 355 Spider recently for $13.

 

I think you saw the one sold by toybuzcar in ebay. The price is good. I have order 30 pieces of them and ship to Hong Kong. the 1st 10 have arrived last week, and they all looks really nice.

 

I also picked up a red HW 355 Berlinetta from eBay a few weeks ago. I wouldn't be surprised if they started producing them again. After all, the demand certainly seems to be there.

 

I have seen them all over Ebay
The UT version goes for around $100-$120
The HW version goes for around $25
There are examples of each right now on Ebay/..

 

The price of UT F355s has dropped from its high for almost 12 months....

The Yellow F355 GTB would be able to stand around 100-120,
The Black F355 GTB seems to be disappeared for some time, I did not see any of it traded recently... but the price would be estimated at about 120-150USD range.

The Red F355 GTB red/black, red/tan and Red/black, Red/Tan Spyders price is quite weak now... usually around 60-80USD depends on condition.

Price of UT F355 Spyders yellow/black and yellow/tan are still strong, and stay around 100USD range...

The Re-release of HW F355 GTBs seem did not make a big effect on the price of UT F355s. But there are rumors that HW is planning to make Elite F355s.... Even, when you see HW has released a lot different colors of its F430 Coupe, and in a near future, you will see the Elite F430 Spyder and Elite F430 Challenge will release to make in later Dec or early Janurary 2007.......

 

Just saw a UT 355 GTS 1/18 go for $175 on Ebay---are these this rare????

 

Yes the GTS is rare. I cant say if its worth $175.-

Again..back to when I owned ScaleCars.com. When I bought from Minichamps, I was able to buy several hundred red spiders and red coupes. I was able to buy yellow coupes too...but because they werent that popular...I ordered maybe 24->36. As for the GTS....I was only able to buy 1 case of 6. Thats it.

 

I got 3 Red and 3 yellow UT GTS... they were bought 3 years ago... averagely 150USD

 

are there 2 versions of the gts?

i have one in yellow with yellow inserts on the seats, i have seen others with different style seats all in black?

all UT GTS has 2 tone color seats... sometimes you see those has black seats which may be the owner switch the base of the model..
