I know, but if you say "Ferrari Daytona" to a car enthusiast wherever in the world, he will think about the 365GTB/4 "Daytona"

    Ciao

I love the front 3/4 view… the rear is, well… butt ugly - primarily due to the weird black section that just seems to cut off the car, especially in the coupe. Hoping that there’s an option to not have the ass in black!

Do you think/feel it is really that much wider (+200 !! mm) or is it the difference between
    width with and without mirrors?

maybe it's the renderings but the car has lost a lot of its curves and become quite flat. also for some reason the newer generations seem to think chrome is tacky and cheap thus leading to this new design language of blacking out parts of the body and bumper. only when they get older will they appreciate the retro classic chrome grills and trim of the older cars many of which are in the background of the bottom pic!

Check out the overhead shot...the nose is particularly wide, too bad this picture is red-on-red, thought I saw one in white/silver, but this is all I could find

Yes, the retro wheels fit better.... also, that rear section would flow better in body color, not 2-tone.

exactly, I remember how people say that they will not buy turbo Ferrari, suv Ferrari, or that California is not real Ferrari .... and Ferrari ends every year with new income record, the same will be with fully electric car :D:D:D:p:p:p:p

Yeah I'm thinking of doing that by myself, the black panels are separated from the body so I'm hoping they're not too hard to remove and paint. Manzoni favored the top-down view and retention of the concept at the cost of every other angle. Which is cool... if we were birds.

That means it will look impressive on the road ? But if small cars are your thing why not just go buy an older car?

I'm impressed with the Spider version and if I had the coin to drop on one, I'd snatch one up with Cuoio leather interior and Grigio Alloy paint along with the hand painted shields. I think the spider version is a home run.

The F12 is hard to beat design wise. Especially in blue. I think the only way to improve the look of it would be with the large hand painted shields.

Yes I had a similiar thinking. SP4 Daytona would be a good name. But the name Daytona is already taken for the SP3.

The front has the resemblance of a 70s Citroen for those who may recall, and the two-tone rear looks odd but who knows in person. Not yet acclimated either to the dual interior instrumentation pods.

Not a fan at all. The nod to the plexi Daytona on the front is a cool touch and well executed but overall it looks disjointed and heavy. I suspect that after the initial furor dies down that this car will not age very well and will likely not command resale premiums.
