First video with the new cam. A little rough around the edges but it came out pretty cool!

Very cool - thanks! I enjoyed watching (and hearing) your video. What kind of exhaust do you have on that? It sounds incredible! I'm assuming the one doing the filming is from your profile - an 85QV.

It is. The exhaust is a system that was made for the car when it was federalized by a prior owner. It's just 2 cats with no mufler. Glad you enjoyed the vid!

loved how it sounded in the tunnel!

 

Looks like fun. Hmmm- laying back a bit to punch it through a tunnel, I would never do such a thing.

Mine sometimes has the same two cat, no muffler set up. Sure makes alot of nice noise.....

 

On the prior week's drive, the yellow GT4 blasted out blue flame from the exhaust tips on decel while going through the tunnel. Unfortunately, no flame this time since he was in the wrong gear. We'll try to get it on vid next time.

 

Me too, it was way better live. I was last car through behind Impactco, (the other red 308) my QV has the same no mufflers "just the cats, maa'm, just the cats" set up. I'm sure the folks going the other direction in the tunnel all wet their pants, sounded like Godzilla, a really pissed off Godzilla.

 

Like to think we are privileged here in So Cal. What a beautilful drive and scenery. Both mother nature and the Ferraris. Great company too. Neat video Mike and Michelle. Next time I will remember to shift doen to second gear before entering the tunnel.

Michael a good friend of mine just baught the Sony High Defenition video cam and we tried using it the result was fantastic just like watching High Def on the HD chanels. He said he likes to take it on Fun Run just like the one you guys just did. Im going to see if I can mod a videocam bracket on my bumpers both fron and rear. What do you think?

I was promised some video of my car but the guy never sent it? I was curious to hear it go through a tunnel under boost.
