OK, so I started this search last year - managed to have a baby since then (well, my wife did most of the work to be honest) - and now I'm resuming the search.

I'm looking for a rosso/tan 355F1 GTS - preferably well sorted, but I'm willing to consider a car that may need a few things (not a basket case, however). A car that's had a recent major is a plus... headers, cats, and other typical problems sorted are all bonuses.

I'm NOT willing to consider spiders or GTBs, however... nor manuals or other color combos... and trust me, I won't be swayed by even the nicest spider or other car that doesn't fit the above description.

Given that my search criteria is pretty narrow, I'm hoping that the right car may be found with an owner who's curious about selling but may not have committed to it. If that's you, please feel free to PM me (preferred) to chat about your car. I'm not looking to "steal" this car - I realize it's rare - so I won't waste your time with low-ball offers. I'm willing to pay a very fair price for the right car. Let's talk.

To amend the above - I'm also willing to consider black interior in addition to tan.

Willing to pay a great price for the right car. Please reach out and talk to me about your car.

    Curious..why an F1 vs a manual?

The F1 for the 355 is iconic for me... given it was the first model introduced with this gearbox. Really nothing more or less. I've had my heart set on this configuration since the car was introduced. I realize it's certainly less popular, and I know gearbox choice gets very personal, so I won't purport that it's "better" or "worse" in any way to a 6-speed... just a personal preference for this particular car.
