    Ok, now I know a lot about modern Ferraris, but not as much about the vintage cars. I would like someone to clarify the 365s... I believe there were 365GTCs, GTBs, GTB/4s, etc. Can someone be kind enough to explain all the 365s models, including the differences between them. Thanks a lot guys...

    Sure. Could be much more detailed, but this will give you a basic idea.

    365 California: Large and luxuious spyder. The last in a line of low-production "ultra-luxury" Ferraris (375 America/410 Superamerica/400 Superamerica/500 Superfast).

    365 GT 2+2: Replacement for the 330 GT 2+2. Rather large (largest Ferrari up to that point) 2+2, transmission mounted directly to the engine. First use of power steering as standard equipment.

    365 GTC: 4.4-litre update of the 330 GTC. 2-seater with rear transaxle connected to the engine via drive shaft/torque tube.

    365 GTB/4: Replacement for the 275 GTB/4. Better known as the "Daytona" and equipped with a 4-cam version of 4.4-litre powerplant.

    365 GTC/4: 4-cam replacement for the 365 GTC. Styling similar to that of the 365 GTB/4. Very small rear seats.

    365 GT4 2+2: Replacement for the 365 GT 2+2. Similar car, but with 4-cam engine and completely different body (the first in the series of 400/412 cars).

    365 GT4 BB: The "Boxer" was the first mid-engined "Ferrari" production car (the 206/246 were badged and sold as Dinos) and was the replacement for the 365 GTB/4.

    Pure race cars produced in MUCH lower numbers (6 ?).
    365P, P2/3

    Also (perhaps I state the obvious), note that there are both V-12 (most models) and flat-12 (365 GT4/BB) configurations for the 365 engine. And there are several sub-variants within the V-12 line...2-cam, 4-cam, type/number of carbs, head design, wet sump/dry sump.

    This is just part of what Wayne meant (I asume) when he says "could be much detailed"!

    ..Plus the 365 GTS (convertible version of the 365 GTC). 20 built - all LHD - in 1969/70, making it one of the rarest production cars.

    365 GTS/4 (Daytona spyder)

    365 nart spider (12605 and 12611)

    365 P 3 (8815 and 8971) - 3-seat central steering
