    French registration matches with Barchetta but the front end of 3851 looks much more like it.

    3851 never had three vents. It is 3769, likely around 1970.

    The image is from Paul Schouwenburg's new book 'Ferrari Fever' and is indeed of 3769 GT.
    As per the text, he (Schouwenburg) and Rob de la Rive Box acquired the car in 1972 from Dr Lejeune, a specialist in otorhinolaryngology in Lille, France who was selling 3769 GT to raise finance the setting up of a private clinic.

    Yes, ENT. Schouwenburg was a professor in oncological ENT.
