If someone were to tell you they wanted a 456.... what does that mean? (With all due respect) Please assure me its something weather resistant and not a kind of ferrari.

Throw venice on the end of that and you can get yourself a Ferrari station wagon. ;)

Seriously though, of course it is a type of Ferrari. And one I rather like, though most people seem to be opposed to the styling.

I was afraid of that. Ok. That car is def. really cute, but probably impractical. I don't see how it could be seen by this person as a replacement for this "van":

Hehe. Cute? don't think so...Gorgeous, beutiful, bella, or bad ass! are more fitting descriptions. Impractical? Hardly...seats four, "huge" trunk space, V12!!, and it comes in an automatic. A replacement? Naturally. Ditch the van :)

At the speed that baby goes it will melt snow and ice... Hell it will even evaporate rain. So don’t worry about the elements go with the 456!

I dont think your recieving hate, just some questioning because you didnt know what one Ferrari model is

Also...if you want "slow" car... the 456 isnt your best choice, its pretty damn fast. Personally I would go w/ a Benz or Bimmer beacuse they are all the above you listed :)

A 456 is nice, safe, reliable, and actually quite weatherproof. Slow, ah, no.

Going slow won't help you when the driver of that Range Rover, busy scheduling a hair appointment on her cell phone at 90mph, t-bones you at an intersection...

Good daily driver, roomy, back seats, "high" ground clearance and departure angle and ellegant looking.

    Simply beautiful

I've had mine in plenty of rain (and even a bit of snow), no leaks or problems. Of course mine has the window mod.

However, anyone looking at buying a 456 should get one with the window mod done, or enough off to cover the cost (about $9k plus transportation costs, based on the receipt which came with my car).
