is it normal for relays to get a little warm when running...? fuel pump relays seem fairly warm after an hours run...

Mine are hot to the touch after a run but so far no issues. I have had the fuel pumps and fans checked out to make sure they are not drawing excessive current. I am sure you are aware, but the fuse board block connectors are known to suffer heat damage.

It's the beginning of a lot of TROUBLE !

Lots of threads here about burnt connectors or even complete fuseboxes (fb's) (mostly of Testarossa's but now also starting on the 512TR/M)

There are solutions ... to buy or to DIY.

Read them all (use search function here) .... and ask ... one of them: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/boxers-tr-m/551309-fuse-box-problem-2.html#post145366503
