Hi, For some reason I cannot find the torque specs in the book for the Clutch Pressure plate. Does anyone know the torque cycle and lbs for this? I assume it is the normal 2-3 times around with increasing pressure, just can't find this in the book.

Also, is it 90w oil in the rear case...you know the one I forgot to drain and that spilled all over the floor when I separated the cases...ugh

    Thanks again, Bill

The pressure plate torque spec is on page M6 of the TR WSM.

75W90 in the transfer case -- it's the same (shared) lubricant as in the gearbox, but you need to put a little manually into the transfer case to ensure it has lubrication at first use.

PS do not put 17 pints into the transfer case -- it should say 0.17 pints

Personally I like to fill the entire transmission by the the transfer gear case. Easier to fill than the rear plug and it overflow in the diff anyway.
