Other than the fuel bladders, how original is it? Did it have side markers and a third brake light like that as a prototype or was it added on to get it Federalized? Front bumper is still Euro...I wonder how much they changed.

Since it was a "prototype", can it be fully legalized?

What a sad life - only 826 miles in 15 years.

Isn't this 1 of 5 or so cars that wear the #99999 too?

    What if.......?
What if this car was reported stolen?
How would one go about tracking this car if there are 6 others with the same SN number?

What if you bought two of the F50's with the same SN number, could you plate it in your state?

Would you only have to pay for one insurance policy?

Are there 2 or more with the same SN in the US right now?

Tru dat. I was going to say the same but I'm just so used to seeing cars like this with such low mileage that it doesn't really surprise me anymore.

    :(

Hope the (potential) buyer puts some love on her. Hope the motor isn't rotten through, too...

damn i wish i had the money to buy it. Although, i wonder if they are asking near enzo prices. I would much rather have an enzo for the same price.

It's hard to put a number on it since it's a prototype, but they're asking $1,025,000. But a regular production F50 recently sold for more than that, so I don't know what the hell is going on.

    No.

$1,000,000 in US currency doesn't buy everything it used to. Perhaps that's the reason.

I knew of one, but its gone.

A million bucks is crazy money. I would be surprised if the 99999 car is any different than a numbered one, other than it lacks a number plate. The value in that car is tied up in its lack of miles, which means you can't drive it unless you're comfortable with $62/mile in depreciation.
