Administrator issues

I'm a computer idiot so I'm hoping this is an easy fix. I am running Windows 7 and have four total user profiles on the computer (one for each family member). I am listed as the "administrator". The problem I'm having is my wife is making a video for our Florida vacation while she is logged into her profile. She has added a ton of pics, etc. and is now trying to add music. I have two external hard drives that have our music on them, so she is attempting to get into them to get the songs she needs. The computer will not allow her and keeps giving a message saying to enter the administrator password to access them which she does. It will not allow her to get in there and keeps throwing up the "administrator" message.

The simple solution (for which I almost got killed bringing up!) is to use my profile to make the video. She says she is to far into making it to start over.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

 

I did check in the Security tab of the external hard drives and both say "Everyone" has access to them.

 

The easiest work around is to change her account to administrator also.

 

If I knew how! LOL, is that something quick you could post? Otherwise, I'll start pushing buttons here to look for it! Thanks!
