There; I said it. I feel better already. But not much........

New iMac 27. Beyond cool (yes, I'm a fanboi....)
    Setup...sub 7 minutes.

Upgrade Adobe CS 3 to CS 5....totally impossible!

In >20 years of using adobe products, the customer service has degraded from reasonably helpful to worthless. My unfamiliarity with the Indian language is not helping either.....

If there was an alternative to PS and AI I would be there in a flash (ironic word choice...).

Ah well, back to "just 5 minutes waiting time now...."

    Rant over.
Time to go add to Zophies offshoring thread....

I guess it depends on the product. A few years ago I bought Adobe Media Streaming Server 3 and the tech support was phenominal. US agents - hand holding, etc. They litterally walked my team through installation, test videos, and configuration. The fee? $250. Not bad, we used every penny of it. Saved hundreds compared to paying a team to figure it out.

    Erick -
I think its likely that abode would support a studio better than *joe sixpak*; I just happen to be 'falling between the cracks" these days....

Back in the old Apple days, they were much more helpful......
