Anyone on here have a rooted Android phone?

I just got done rooting my CDMA Hero and am running the latest version of DamageControl.

I'm new to the tech stuff...and this is kind of fun. :)

    Tinkering away.

I had a couple of old rooted phones, the original G1 and Mytouch 3g from T-Mobile. I've got a Nexus One now and am debating on whether or not I should do it again.

I'm a tinkerer, so once I got started with all of the flashing it was hard to stop. The coolest apps that I used when I had those phones were the wireless tethering app and the Set CPU app that let you overclock the processor.

Ya, probably gonna play around with tethering. Not that I'll use it, but just so I can see that it works and then oogle over it...

Had a buddy that used to have the old G1...he now has an iPhone.

Truth be told, when the CDMA version comes out (or if AT&T drops to reasonable rates) I'm gonna by the new iPhone.

It's going to ruin everything else on the market.
