What do some of the people in here do for anger management. My current technique of going on a verbal rampage is not working that well anymore, things besides drinking.

I saw the movie Lucky Number Slevin, went home and looked up the word "ataraxia" and have slowly began practicing it in the hopes it can be learned. It takes a lot to rile me up these days. I find that, when all is said and done, very few things deserve the stress through which we put ourselves.

Not always true, if you listen to your own music like I do with the ipod. Metal / Punk bands needed to be avoided if possible. I've had some days where the slightest things would set me off. The best thing so far is get a bicycle & go for a cruise.

I disagree. Some people, like myself, listen to metal/hardcore especially while at the gym to help decrease their aggression. It really helps me out.

Nothing feels better than hitting the weights and having the sweat pour out of every pore.

We use to have one of those cheap punching bags at the office, but I think I may have been the cause of its demise. Not to mention I think I scared people when I would go all out on it to get out my frustration.
