I just got this one to have something to drive while I'm doing the "Dino Restoration". I'll probably need it to see how everything goes back together. It's a 74 Calif car. Just needs a lot of TLC. Still has smog junk on it.

Joining the Wspeer "There's no such thing as too many Dinos" club?

Don't take off the smog junk. Makes the car more valuable, as it ismore original. (If you must, then stash it in a box in the basement at least, or ship it all to me, I'll take good care of it for you. ;))

    Nice Indeed.

Now rip off all that Ferrari junk, and you're good to go!!!

I'm sorry I just glanced through your post.
I thought you were thinking of buying it.

    How do you like it?

Is there any hint of silver paint on your gas tanks or is it just the raw tan splatter coating. My GTS 07924 had some silver paint on the gas tanks.

I am still trying to find some modern equivelant to replace the "tan splatter" on my tanks. I located a product from WURTH only to be told it had just been deleted from their product range, any one else got any ideas? that is of course bearing in mind i am in the UK.
    Thanks in advance,
    Graham Paske.

Don't want to hijack the thread but the Wurth product is still available as part number 0892-091. Beige underbody seal. Leave out the dash mark of the part number in the Wurth USA search window. Also found the number on some Euro sites. Seems exactly the same stuff originally used on the gas tanks and passenger compartment rear bulkhead.

It was a while ago when i searched for this product and i seem to remember now i think about it that it was only still available in the USA and minimum shipping quantities applied ( a dozen cans i think i was told ) therefore making it a little cost prohivative as i probably only need a couple of tins!
    regards,
    Graham.
