You know, with the $$MONEY$$ e-bay is making, you would think that they could hire somebody to monitor these issues a little more closely. It's a shame these thing are allowed to continue. I'm sure that everybody is pretty smart about this stuff, but what about those few unfortunate ones. Obviously it happens because if it didn't these idiots would cease and desist. (spelling??)

Interesting a couple weeks ago there was a scam on a 355.
If the remember correctly it was Loveland Ohio.
That’s not far from Cincinnati, I wonder if it’s the same dude.

Im suprised class action lawsuits have not popped up against Ebay..There are a lot stronger measures then can take..I know I've been scammed on some smaller items...I bet it has happened to most people at least once.

I hope it hasn't come to this. I would hope that any such suit would be summarily dismissed. Nonetheless, it would be nice if eBay would voluntarily implement some improved anti-scammer measures, because on-line auctions appear to be going the way of e-mail: 1% signal, 99% noise.

You're right, they should. YAHOO auctions do, and eBay is generally a better operation than Yahoo.
