    Time to change. Make sure you use the correct coolant.

    By the way, drive your car more often.

    As I understand it, antifreeze doesn't really wear out with usage but it turns acidic over time -- so age is a bigger concern than miles driven. Definitely it should be changed. There are kits on Amazon (and maybe in Automotive parts stores) that allow you to check the PH level of antifreeze -- it might be worth using those to check the current PH to see if any damage was done.
