The ultimate in Highway Patrol chase vehicles.... I have always wanted to own an old police car. My wife vetoed a Crown Vic as a cheap commuter, so I bought a Maserati Coupe to keep my Ferrari company....

The best I will be able to do is to source a cheap Alfa and make it over to look like a Carabinieri vehicle. Or...maybe a 400i K9 unit? I know of a cheap one for sale locally...
    Very dangerous....

Ohh man! That Enzo would be sick. Everyone, except a Mclaren F1, maybe a Zonda and Koenigsegg would pull over immediately. Hmmmm, think Ferrari would build them again for that purpose? I'd become a cop just to be able to drive it.

Hah, reminds me of Hot Pursuit 2, where you could be a cop in all sorts of crazy cars from Lambos to Ferraris, what a great game...

Definetly think Italy should buy some CS police cars to give those Gallardo police cars a run for their money..:)

    Pretty cool!

:D Why on earth... does the City of New York need an F50 pursuit vehicle? I mean.. how fast could you possibly go traveling up Broadway???

I could see the Whelen strobe bar causing excessive wind drag... I would imagine internal LED visor or deck warning lights, with undercover strobes in the signal/marker lights.

Dutch police use 911s to chase the Germans running at high speeds back to the fatherland. They often travel in formations light fighter jets on the highway.

Lukek, you may already know this, but that Ferrari police car you've posted is really famous in Italy. Some further info...
